College Student Literary Magazine Conference

collstud
The College Student Literary Magazine Conference (formerly Mid-Atlantic College Student Literary Magazine Conference) was founded at Community College of Philadelphia in 2008 where the inaugural conference took place. In 2009, the Conference moved to Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey.
During 2010, rather than holding the annual conference, we took some time to explore ways of making the Conference national and more accessible. In addition, our new web page will allow us to reach a broader audience and, as well, to promote student literary magazines and the many exciting student-faculty collaborations taking place nationwide. We're glad to be back, and we hope you'll join us in making the Conference an exciting opportunity for student writers, editors, artists, and, of course, their dedicated faculty advisors!
The goal of the annual Conference is to provide a student-centered platform for publications primarily or entirely written by and edited by students. Faculty advisors are also encouraged to attend the Conference to provide expert insight about publications, pedagogy, and cocurricular projects.
The conference is held each year at a host school selected by the conference committee. For more on hosting the conference, see our Host the CSLMC page.
